SUMMARY

I was the Production Coordinator for DraftKings’ “Mom Genes” OLV Brand Film, which featured Guinness World Record Holder, basketball player, and coach Jenna Bandy, and the spot has over 3 million views on YouTube. Shot in NJ, I worked closely with the Production team to support in some aspects of prep, was the on-set coordinator for the shoot days, and organized everything for the final wrap.

  • Manage all financial aspects of the shoot, such as auditing payroll, creating POs, processing vendor invoices, reconciling petty cash, and organizing the final digital wrap

  • Prepping and processing crew timecards

  • Creating call sheets and production reports

  • On-set problem-solving and delegating tasks to PAs

  • Organizing final talent contracts
