RESPONSIBILITIES
My range of responsibilities included:
Collating client feedback and creative notes
Live Action bid research - investigating and holding locations, soundstages, key crew personnel, equipment, and speciality props
Maintaining the illustration/animatic project schedule and resource calendar
Managing bookings for storyboards artists, sketch artists, 2D, and scenic illustrators
Copyediting, proofreading, and QCing treatments and storyboards
Inputting storyboards frames into creative decks/production books
Pictorial and mood board image research
Tracking artist hours to ensure on-budget and on-time delivery
Updating shot lists and asset management
Tracking and finalizing actuals
Executing all client invoicing and assessed all client contracts and agency POs
Processing vendor/ freelancer invoices and start paperwork
