I was the Production Coordinator for DraftKings’ “Mom Genes” OLV Brand Film, which featured Guinness World Record Holder, basketball player, and coach Jenna Bandy, and the spot has over 3 million views on YouTube. Shot in NJ, I worked closely with the Production team to support in some aspects of prep, was the on-set coordinator for the shoot days, and organized everything for the final wrap.

Working with Line Producer and Production Supervisor to manage all financial aspects of the shoot such as auditing payroll, creating POs, processing vendor invoices, reconciling petty cash, and organizing the final digital wrap
Prepping and processing crew timecards
Creating call sheets and production reports
On-set problem-solving and managing tasks to PAs
On-set talent wrangling and organizing/reviewing final talent contracts
