I was the Bidding and Production Coordinator for No7’s “Unstoppable Together” Campaign Video. This was an incredible opportunity as I am very passionate about intersectional feminism.
From SHEcession to SHEcovery: 2020 was a year of unexpected challenges. 6 million women have lost their jobs, with Black women most affected by these extremely high unemployment rates. 4x more women than men left their jobs and women were 3x more likely than men to sacrifice their career for family. For 85 years, No7 has worked hard to be the ally to unstoppable women everywhere. By championing causes that matter, they’ve helped generations of women confidently live life on their own terms. No7 is committed to helping women rise above these stereotypes and get our sisters back to work.

In addition to supporting the bidding process on this job, I supported the Production team remotely in NYC with various tasks.
Collating treatment, production, and post-production notes on creative calls
Executing client invoicing, tracking production contracts, and creating job number
Maintaining database of treatment writers and visual designers
Copyediting and proofreading director treatment
Booking director travel
Working with Production Supervisor to manage all financial aspects of shoot such as creating POs, processing vendor invoices, reconciling petty cash, and organizing final wrap book
Coordinating hard drive shipments
COVID Compliance Management
