SkinCeuticals "Power to Become: GOLD"

I was the Bidding and Remote Production Coordinator for SkinCeuticals “Power to Become: GOLD” Campaign featuing 13x Olympic Gold Medalist Simone Manuel and Dr. Kim Nichols. The campaign was shot over 2 days as a in person COVID safe shoot, with crews in two locations - San Francisco and Stamford, CT.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to supporting the initial bidding process, I worked as a remote Production Coordinator supporting the SF and CT production teams with a variety of tasks.

  • Collating production and post-production notes on creative calls 

  • Executing client invoicing and creating job number

  • Maintaining databases of treatment writers and visual designers

  • Copyediting director treatment

  • Booking director travel

  • Working alongside Production Supervisors to manage all financial aspects of shoot such as creating an initial budget template in HotBudget, creating POs, tracking actuals, processing invoices, and reconciling petty cash logs

  • Researching locations and purchasing props

  • Coordinating hard drives shipments to Post-Production team and product shipments to Client

  • Organizing and assessing final wrap books

  • COVID Compliance Management in pre-production such as monitoring and setup of health screening process and setting up COVID Prevention Trainings
